Lord, we are so thankful for the State of Ohio—for the beauty of its land, its thriving cities, and its strong workforce in agriculture and manufacturing.
We thank You for the churches and revival ministries that continue to proclaim and spread Your message across the state. Provide for their needs, strengthen their work, and encourage them in their calling.
Ohio has given our nation eight presidents. We ask that You look with favor upon its current leaders. Guide the Governor, the General Assembly, and local officials to govern with wisdom, integrity, and a heart for justice. We pray for honest, secure elections throughout the state.
Lord, many are still suffering from opioid addiction. Please lead them to freedom, healing, and new life in You. Strengthen the medical workers, recovery specialists, volunteers, families, and all who serve those seeking recovery.
We ask for Your protection and love to wash over the families and people who call Ohio home. Bless Ohio and its people. In Your name, we pray, Amen.
