Heavenly Father, we lift before You the wondrous state of North Carolina—the western mountains, rolling Piedmont, Outer Banks, coastal plains, and every community in between.
Thank You for the beauty of this land, the resilience of its people, and the quiet strength that carries so many through hardship. We especially pray for those still rebuilding after Hurricane Helene. Bring continued healing, provision, and hope as recovery moves forward. Comfort those who lost homes, livelihoods, loved ones, or a sense of security. Surround them with Your peace.
Strengthen and protect first responders, volunteers, relief workers, medical teams, and local organizations serving those in need. Renew the weary, provide needed resources, and bless every act of compassion.
Guide North Carolina’s leaders with wisdom, integrity, humility, and a genuine commitment to the common good. Help communities work together across every difference, seeking justice, mercy, and peace.
May North Carolina be known not only for its natural beauty, but also for hospitality, faith, courage, and the strength of its people. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rest upon all who call North Carolina home.
