Father, we humbly ask You to intervene in our hearts and minds, where entitlement has taken root. Gently turn us back to gratitude, that we may once again recognize Your blessings with thankful spirits. Restore in us a deep appreciation for what we have been given, and guide us to live with humility, generosity, and reverence for You. Make us a grateful nation once more.
But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing. James 1:25 ESV
“Upon this law, depend the natural rights of mankind, the supreme being gave existence to man, together with the means of preserving and beatifying that existence. He endowed him with rational faculties, by the help of which, to discern and pursue such things, as were consistent with his duty and interest, and invested him with an inviolable right to personal liberty, and personal safety.” – Alexander Hamilton

Operation World Pray for Ecuador : The gospel impact on the Quichua is a modern miracle. In 1967, only 120 people out of 3 million followed Christ. Today some Quichua areas are over 50% evangelical! Avant Ministries worked among them for over 100 years. Over 240,000 people go to churches planted through Avant. Ecuador received worldwide attention in 1956 when the Waorani (Auca) killed 5 young foreign missionaries. Now almost all these tribes have churches and the Scriptures through the work of various missionary groups. HCJB Radio began in Ecuador in 1931, the first of the great Christian mission radio broadcasters. Today the ministry blesses Ecuador and the whole world.
