Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your mighty hand of protection over our children. Expose, Lord, every enemy seeking to influence them with lies or corruption. Give us the wisdom and courage to act with authority and unwavering faith, that we may shield the young from harm and lead them toward light and truth. To those who perpetrate evil against the innocent, and may Your justice and mercy prevail. Open our eyes and guide our steps, Father, showing us how to lead our youth out of every bondage—whether addiction, despair, or deception. We ask You to break the chains of a hyper-sexualized culture that entangles our generation. Make purity and righteousness the new standard among our youth, replacing empty and deadly desires with holy passion for You. Lord, fill their hearts with Your Spirit, renew their minds daily, and make them voices of light in a world desperate for truth.
But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea. Matthew 18:6 NLT
“The education of our children is never out of my mind. Train them to virtue. Habituate them to industry, activity and spirit. Make them consider every vice as shameful and unmanly. Fire them with ambition to be useful. Make them disdain to be destitute of any useful or ornamental knowledge or accomplishment. Fix their ambition upon great and solid objects, and their contempt upon little, frivolous and useless ones.” – John Adams, in a 1780 letter (often titled “Fathers & Education”) to his wife Abigail about the constant concern he had for their children’s moral formation.

Operation World Pray for Colombia : Pray that peace might hold in this nation so troubled by violence in the past. A long-lasting armed conflict included the government, left-wing guerrillas, right-wing paramilitaries, foreign multi-national corporations, and drug cartels. The historic peace deal in 2016 is now being followed up by the Special Jurisdiction of Peace – an effort to bring justice to those victimized during the conflict, and to those who committed human rights violations or broke international law. Meanwhile, the meltdown of neighbouring Venezuela has brought as many as 4 million Venezuelans into Colombia. Pray that believers in Colombia might be peacemakers amidst continuing tensions and violence. Pray also for the Church to love their neighbours – including the millions of Venezuelans who find themselves in such desperate need.
