Thank you, Lord Jesus, for entering our time and space on Earth and for expressing Your desire for a relationship with each and every one of us. We are grateful for the path You have provided for forgiveness and healing in our lives and nation. We appreciate Your patience, mercy, pardon, provision, and the sacred sacrifice You made on our behalf. We love You, Lord.

Let all that I am praise the Lord;  may I never forget the good things He does for me…  Psalm 103:2

“No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than the people of the United States.” ~ George Washington Inaugural Address April 30, 1789

Operation World Pray for Europe : In the midst of overall population decline, and in many cases, amidst the rapid decline of those identifying as Christian, it can rightly be regarded as a point for praise that evangelicals and/or charismatics manage even to maintain their numbers. As strong national Christian identities erode, evangelicals are in fact growing in maturity, confidence and a sense of their own identity within many European countries. The robust nature of these evangelical and charismatic movements is demonstrated by their increased presence in mainline churches, which are otherwise declining, in the relative stability of theologically conservative denominations and in the arrival of dynamic new fellowships and networks onto the Church scene. All of this is modest compared to great gains in Asia and Africa, but is light in an otherwise bleak European religious landscape.
