One of the most grueling sports is about to start for this year, the Dakar. January 5th everyone takes off from Lima Peru and all of them are hoping to make it to Santiago, Chile on the 20th. This year the organizers stayed to the west side of the South American continent for most of the course. Starting in Peru then heading over into Argentina, and then back west again into Chile to finish it off.
